About
2023 – Porsche Carrera Cup GB
Pro Am Champion

For 2023 I made the move from a front wheel drive Mini JCW to a rear wheel drive Porsche GT3 Carrera Cup car and joined Redline Racing for my assault on the Pro Am championship. I absolutely loved this car from the minute that I drove it, and with virtually no pre-season testing I put the car on Pro Am pole postion for my first race and went on to win the Pro Am category in both races at a very wet Donington. It was a very successful year, I was on the podium 11 times during the season, taking 3 wins, 6 second places and 2 thirds. I was on pole position in qualifying 5 times and set 2 fastest laps during the year and clinched the championship in the last race of the year at Brands Hatch.

For 2021 I joined Excelr8 Motorsport Team who won the Mini Challenge championship in 2020. It was a very successful year, I was on the podium 11 times during the season, taking 3 wins, 3 second places and 5 thirds. I was on pole position in qualifying 3 times and set 2 fastest laps during the year. The championship came down to the latest race of the season and I ended up just a few points from the championship win.

2020 – Mini Challenge JCW
4th Overall
In 2020 the Mini Challenge JCW joined the BTCC series and at the same time Covid struck. I joined Elite Motorsport who were running the Mini for the first time. Elite Motorsport gave me a reliable car and I ended up 4th overall in the championship, having taken 3 wins, 6 top 6 finishes, 2 fastest laps, 2 front row starts and 4 top 5 qualifying positions in 13 races. The undoubted highlight were the two back to back wins at Knockhill in Scotland and a win in the final round of the season at Brands Hatch.
In 2019 I switched from rear wheel drive to front wheel drive and competed in the Mini Challenge JCW championship. These are great cars very similar to a small touring car. Unfortunately the season was plagued with a number of mechanical issues and resulted in a single podium finish and 10th overall in the championship.

2017-18 – Ginetta GT5
4th Overall
Racing in the Ginetta GT5 in 2017 was an extremely good learning year for me as I had a 1st in the opening round of the season, then followed by 6 further podiums across the season and also 2 fastest laps and a pole in the final round.
Racing in the Ginetta GT5 in 2018 I achieved 3 wins, 1 second and 2 third places, plus 2 pole positions and 2 fastest laps during the year to be 4th overall in the championship.
My Racing History
I started karting at 8 years of age racing at local kart tracks Camberley and Forest Edge, building up a good selection of trophies. As a father and son team I first raced at a National Level in 2010.
I continued racing at a club level in 2011 becoming vice champion at Forest Edge, and taking 4th in the club championships at Shenington and Whilton, before joining Fusion Motorsport for 2012 to compete in S1 and Formula Kart Stars. In this final year as a cadet, I took a number of podiums and fastest laps at National level before moving onto Mini Max in 2013.
Competing predominantly at National level I was 10th in the S1 Mini Max championship, after achieving a number of top 6 finishes. For 2014 I moved to Rotax Junior Max and again competed in the National S1 championship, finishing 12th overall once again achieving top 6 finishes and fastest laps during the year, including at the Britsh Kart GP at PFI.
After winning the prestigious TVKC karting championship for Junior Rotax in 2015 I entered car racing in 2016 competing in the highly competitive Ginetta Junior championship before moving on in 2017 to the Ginetta GT5 championship.
